Chelsea's facilitation of our keynote session for the 2020-21 academic year's arc of diversity, equity, and inclusion programming for Stanford GSB students was thoughtful, powerful, and inspiring. Our MBA students responded with gratitude, affirmation of the value of the session, and feeling called to action for conscious inclusion. One wrote, "Her suggestion to look at the intersection of 'what matters' and 'what we can control' has stayed with me and rings true in so many areas of life." Another adds, "Chelsea's warmth made all the difference in what otherwise could have been a challenging session."

A DIVERSE PORTFOLIO OF PARTNERS
The PR Council had the pleasure of utilizing Chelsea as our facilitator for a program on Active Allyship. The highly engaging program featured a candid discussion on implicit bias and its impact on allyship. In a safe space, Chelsea guided over 100 Members through the critical importance of a life-long personal and professional journey rooted in advocating for, and standing alongside, historically and presently marginalized communities. Members came away with practical steps and a tool kit of resources to continue their education and take action. The program was very well received and we plan to continue partnering with Chelsea in this space.
