Born & raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Chelsea C. Williams is a visionary Workplace Strategist, International Speaker, & Social Entrepreneur on a mission to touch, move, and inspire global leaders and professionals.
Chelsea’s early interest in the intersections of business, psychology, and leadership led her to the field of human capital. Over 10 dynamic years, Chelsea led & managed global people initiatives on Wall Street interfacing executives, board of directors, and community leaders.
Today Chelsea advises global organizations in centering DE&I as a forethought, rather than an afterthought. She is also the Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent Co.
Chelsea is a thought leader on workplace inclusion & career navigation and has empowered over 10,000 across the globe through her programs. She has spoken at Ben & Jerry's, Penguin Random House, Kate Spade, Johnson & Johnson, The Society of Human Resource Management, The National Association of Colleges & Employers, and The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Chelsea centers her life on the powerful words of the late Jackie Robinson, life is not a spectator sport. She is deeply committed to living out the highest calling, service. Chelsea supports the Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association (in which she was a scholar) and the Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Chelsea obtained her BA in Economics from Spelman College on full scholarship. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

EDUCATION & AWARENESS
Advised & supported the CEO of an award-winning, youth non-profit on implementing a robust DE&I strategy & change management process in support of staff, youth, and volunteers across New York City impacting over 2,000 stakeholders. Supported the establishment & integration of the agency's DE&I council sponsored by the CEO.
Designed & delivered CEO-Sponsored Inclusion Training Program for global fashion brand, reaching over 800 creative professionals & leaders across the marketing, supply chain, design, and merchandising functions; Program served as a catalyst in driving consciously inclusive product
Co-designed and administered a 10-week virtual summer fellowship for emerging leaders across the education sector (instructional & non-instructional); Facilitated weekly DE&I and leadership experiences reaching 50 professionals across the United States.
Advised on the establishment & administration of the first CEO-sponsored, employee resource group, launched to develop & retain emerging leaders & build multi-generational bridges across the global firm of roughly 850.
Supported over 150 job seekers & transitioners as a National Career Coach at The Muse; Served as an Executive Coach at the 2020 Black Enterprise Women of Power Conference in Las Vegas connecting over 1,000 senior executives, CEOs, entrepreneurs across the United States.
